Hello, I'm Tracy.

But you can call me Pixie.

My love for fairytales & magic inspired me to create Pixie Weddings & Events.

I've always admired the Fairy Godmother, the one who appears, waves her wand, and poof! sprinkles pixie dust to make dreams come true. As a child, I dreamed of being one myself… and now, here I am.

With a wave of my wand (and a lot of passion), I bring your most magical wedding & event visions to life. You focus on your partner and enjoy the journey, we'll handle the rest, creating unforgettable moments for your once-in-a-lifetime love story.

I can't wait to get to know you, to plan and manage your special day, and to become a friend along the way.

The Journey

Nobody hands you a wand. You earn it.

Before

A girl who wanted to be the Fairy Godmother

Long before there was a studio, there was a child watching the Fairy Godmother appear, wave her wand and make somebody's night. Tracy decided she would be the one holding the wand. It took years, and every one of them was spent learning how.

The dream came first. Everything after it was work.

2023

Pixie Weddings & Events is founded

She began with a name, a notebook and no guarantees: no venue on call, no supplier who owed her a favour, no couple who had heard of her. Every relationship the studio runs on today was built one conversation at a time, in that first year.

One founder, no safety net.

2023

The first season, and the first flight

The first year did not stay at home. Carnival of Color was planned and delivered abroad, which meant assembling a whole team in a country she had to learn from the ground up, and holding the standard anyway.

First season, and already a destination build.

2024

Three weddings, one year

Ivory Romance, Once Upon a Garden, Golden Vows. Three full builds inside twelve months, each a different world: a candlelit church, a costumed garden at dusk, a ballroom under gold. Nothing was reused but the discipline.

Twelve months, three worlds, no repeats.

2025

The work grows

A Sapphire Night was the largest build yet: an illuminated floor, a mirrored dancefloor, entertainers, an arrival archway of candlelight. It was run to exactly the standard of her first wedding. The scale changed and the care did not.

Bigger rooms, the same attention to the smallest table.

Today

Two hundred and seventeen beautiful beginnings

Two countries, hundreds of couples, and a studio couples now come to by name. She still walks the room before the doors open, and she still checks the last place setting herself.

217 and counting, with many more love stories to come.

Philosophy

A wedding should feel like the truest possible version of you.

  1. 01

    Story before style

Before a single flower is chosen, we listen, to how you met, what you love, what you want your guests to feel.

  2. 02

    Calm hands, big vision

Weddings are complex. Our job is to hold every moving piece so you never have to think about them.

  3. 03

A friend, not just a vendor

The best part of this job is the relationships. Many of our couples become dear friends long after the last dance.

  4. 04

    Excellence, always

We work only with trusted, vetted suppliers and hold every detail, down to the smallest one, to the same high standard.

First, think. Second, believe. Third, dream. And finally, dare.
