Golden Vows was planned end to end from our own studio: a first dance under a shower of gold sparklers, with every supplier one we have worked beside for years.

We scout the venue in person, brief a local production team to our own standard, and fly in with the people who already know your wedding by heart.

Nothing is booked before we have stood in the venue. The scouting trip is part of the fee, and it is where the wedding’s real shape gets decided.

Carnival Color travelled: a long table set with coloured glass, sunflowers and wildflowers, produced abroad with a full on-site team of our own.
If you have a place in mind that is not on this list, ask. Travel and logistics are quoted honestly, in advance.

What changes when the wedding is far from home

A scouting trip before a deposit
We visit the shortlist with you, or on your behalf with a full photo and video report, so no venue is booked from a website.

A local supplier network, vetted by us
We build the team on the ground the same way we do at home: sourced, checked, and held to our standards rather than the venue's default list.

Guest travel handled as part of the design
Flights, transfers, room blocks and a welcome that starts at the airport. Your guests are travelling for you; the day should feel like it begins the moment they land.

Our own team on site, start to finish
We fly in, we set up, and we stay through the last song. You never hand your wedding over to strangers on the morning of it.
